Home Services
Home watch, concierge, and project coordination for owners who aren't always here. Our flagship service, ELITE Lake Home Watch, keeps your home checked and documented while you're away.
ELITE Lake began with a simple idea: the people who care for your lake home should know it, and the lake, as well as you do. We are Jason and Heather Smolarek. We are local. Based in Walworth County, we answer our own phones, and every home we touch gets the same standard, whether we are hosting guests in it or watching over it while you are away.
